Free to use. No account. Searches send public inputs to the publishers needed for the lookup. No messages are sent to the person or firm being researched. This server does not write query access logs. On this hosted copy, lookup caches are isolated to your visitor session and removed on a later request after 30 minutes idle. Publisher indexes may be shared.

This archive searches investment advisers, not the broker register. Broker records can be checked separately in BrokerCheck. Enter public-record information only.
Every source this site has cleared is listed with its own verdict: searched as data, linked, or not searched with the reason. See every source.

The report
1. Every source and its verdict
2. What was found
3. What to check next
4. Add trade records →
The report is the first step. Trade records, if you have them, are the second: they are analysed to draft a demand letter whose legal half stays a set of labelled blanks for counsel. The factual half is restated from that analysis and from nothing else — with no records it is empty rather than guessed. The draft is client-anonymous by default: no client name reaches it. Remove client identifiers from the file first.
Take it with you
A separate step, taken only if you choose it: a zipped folder built in your browser from the rows above — the report, the records exactly as this site served them (one file per source searched), and a fingerprint manifest (MANIFEST.json, MANIFEST.csv, SHA256SUMS) in the bundle tool’s own format. Nothing is sent to this site or anywhere else to build it.
Reading these rows
A record date is the source’s own date, never the moment this page loaded. “Partial” means the bounded query completed but the source holds more than one page; open the publisher page for the rest. A publisher link is not a search.
Ask about this report
Three kinds of question, answered from what is on this page and in this site’s own files: what a source is, what a term means, and what this report found or why a source was not searched. Every answer says where it came from — from this report, from the source catalogue, from the glossary — and quotes the record rather than reading it: nothing here says what a record means, puts anyone in an order, or says whether a claim exists. Background answers come from the glossary, labelled “from the glossary”. The model fallback is switched off on this copy (no key is configured), so a question the glossary cannot answer is answered by nothing, and says so; no question leaves this site’s server.
